As a Scrum Master, you need to be able to identify, and effectively apply which stance would benefit your team the most depending on the situation.
During the 2-day course, participants will deepen the principles and values of Scrum that guides their decisions. They learn techniques to bring about changes in the environment of a Scrum Team and to create an environment in which agility and enjoyment of work grow.
