    Together with clients and partners, we strive to make the world a better place. 

    Improving the sustainability of our own operations is a key focus in our corporate responsibility strategy. Our business endorses climate science and the goals of the Paris Agreement. We do this through measuring our carbon emissions and setting a comprehensive carbon reduction plan to achieve our validated science-based net zero targets.

  • Empowering our people

    We foster diverse thinking and belonging, enabling all colleagues to grow and thrive. 

    For Zühlke, being an equitable and inclusive employer and organisation is imperative. We want to ensure we provide belonging and equal opportunities to all, regardless of their personal characteristics or backgrounds. Diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) is in our DNA and part of who we are. As such, we believe everyone needs to own and drive DE&I.

    We invest in communities and help them flourish, guided by our shared values. 

    Creating social value is important to us. Across the group our people volunteer for a huge variety of local initiatives.

    We also founded the Sustainability Circle in the DACH region, a leading sustainability network with 50+ members for manufacturers and their partners on the road to sustainability.

    Strong communities need to be based on shared values. We have defined a Code of Conduct to ensure principled and ethical behaviour as we engage with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
