Easy viewing thanks to virtual reality
Wincasa wants to offer potential tenants virtual tours through listed homes, offices and business premises. The goal is to provide a consistent and intuitive on-site inspection in virtual reality, offering best image quality and running on all common platforms. The envisaged system had to be easy to handle and integrate, so that no specialists were required for its operation.
Zühlke identified and evaluated existing products from multiple vendors for Wincasa. Market tests helped validate the project’s profitability and chances of success. On the basis of the findings, Zühlke defined several variants of the business case and developed recommendations for their implementation.
A lifelike tour
The solution implemented by Zühlke from the US provider Matterport paints a realistic picture in advance of a viewing appointment and forms a sound basis for rapid decisionmaking on the part of the tenants. For property owners, it offers a way to optimally position their real estate in the market or shorten vacancies. Landlords benefit from an accelerated and optimised marketing process. The marketing team is able to quickly create the necessary imagery themselves. The chosen solution reinforced Wincasa’s pioneering digital role in the real estate sector.
