Customer advisors also benefit from this ‘virtual shop window’. The customer cockpit now shows customers product recommendations alongside their current products. This overview helps advisors to answer customer questions and prepare for customer meetings.

Together with product specialists, advisors and architects from the St.Galler Kantonalbank, an agile project team from Zühlke developed the digital product overview to be a key part of the online banking experience. The Scrum-based heterogeneous one-team approach was at the heart of the process.
