The digital product overview in St.Galler Kantonalbank’s e-banking shows customers all of their current banking products at a glance. They can manage the products themselves at any time, and can add more as required. Customers also receive product and service recommendations tailored to their needs. Customer advisors also benefit from this ‘virtual shop window’. The customer cockpit now shows customers product recommendations alongside their current products. This overview helps advisors to answer customer questions and prepare for customer meetings.

Together with product specialists, advisors and architects from  the St.Galler Kantonalbank, an agile project team from Zühlke developed the digital product overview to be a key part of the online banking experience. The Scrum-based heterogeneous one-team approach was at the heart of the process.

Thanks to Zühlke, St.Galler Kantonalbank customers can discover products and understand their benefits through an experience-oriented customer interface. The agile implementation was key to executing the digitalization plan in a flexible, MVP-oriented way.
