AI-Native Foundations training

2-day course | Group course (6–15 people) | Artificial intelligence is a highly topical subject. Everything is moving so fast and new opportunities are emerging everywhere… but how can I use it successfully? In this 2-day hands-on course, we lay the foundation for understanding AI and applying it in your own work and within your organization to create value—through theory inputs and practical exercises.

Course overview

On the first day of the course, we establish a shared understanding of AI and related topics:

We look at how AI is evolving and affecting the business world (including EDGE aspects: Exponential, Disruptive, Generative, Emergent)
We clarify key terms and learn about the different forms of AI
We learn and practise the fundamentals of safe prompting and build a small agent of our own
We explore advanced concepts such as RAG and fine-tuning and understand their characteristics
We look at what AI can already do reliably today — and what it cannot

On the second day, we focus on the practical application of AI:

We learn about and apply the 7 AI-Native success factors
We examine one of our own workflows and improve it using AI
We learn how AI can expand our thinking as a partner rather than replace it
We look at how AI-supported improvements can be introduced in an organisation and how to design the corresponding communication
