AI-Native Change Agent training

3-day course | Group course (6–15 participants) | Building on AI-Native Foundations, this course shows how to make AI initiatives successful: recognising typical pitfalls, combining value maximisation, AI foundational knowledge, and a structured process for AI-based solutions — all guided and supported by the new role of the “AI-Native Change Agent”.

Course overview

First, we explore the role of the Change Agent:

  • What does this role encompass?
  • Why do AI initiatives often fail and how do I recognise these situations?
  • How can I contribute to a better understanding of AI in the organisation?
  • How do I ensure that my organisation maximises the benefits of existing AI tools?
  • What do I contribute myself as a Change Agent, and where do I mediate between specialists?

We then learn the comprehensive AI solution lifecycle:

  • Identifying topics that could benefit from AI
  • Formulating the expected benefits of AI solutions while optimally considering aspects such as competition, mandate, operations, and the existing environment
  • Designing a viable AI solution, including data foundations, operational organisation, technical implementation, compliance, and risk management
  • Delivering and operating the AI solution in rapid learning cycles to respond to continuous change 

We also examine why solutions often fail to spread further within organisations and how appropriate communication can support this.

The working approach presented in the course is iterative and designed for rapid cycles — just like DevOps and Agile. However, the course covers the topics at a low-technical level, and no prior knowledge in these areas is required.
