Staffing Manager

Your role

• Collaborate with the Head of Staffing to strategically match consultants with projects, taking into account their goals, client requirements, team dynamics, and commercial viability.

• Foster strong relationships with consultants, working closely with them to identify and secure suitable project opportunities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information, facilitating efficient project staffing and planning.

• Attend regular meetings with internal stakeholders to stay informed about the future pipeline and anticipate potential capacity or capability gaps.

• Participate in project staffing calls as needed, adapting to project sizes and scales. These calls will offer valuable insights into ongoing projects and provide a platform to address staffing challenges and opportunities.

Your talent

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• A solid understanding of project management principles.
  Familiarity with client expectations in a professional services environment.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and uncertain situations, navigating diverse viewpoints to reach optimal solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in English and German both written and spoken and the ability to build credibility and trust with various stakeholders.

• Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback, capable of handling challenging discussions.

• Demonstrated personal and professional resilience with a willingness to make tough decisions.
  Maintain composure and professionalism when managing conflicting situations, prioritizing the right decisions over popularity.

• A service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing highly responsive service.
