Flexible working: Exceptionally flexible working hours, depending on project requirements
Flextime: Overtime can be taken as time off in lieu or you can opt to be paid for it. In senior positions, you can choose between higher profit sharing without the option of overtime compensation or a flextime scheme with lower profit sharing
Part-time working: Flexible adjustment of your workload, including in senior and management roles, depending on project requirements
Hybrid working: We combine flexibility with connection. Spend two days a week collaborating in person, at one of our offices, a client site or another business-related location, and enjoy the flexibility to organise where you work during the remaining three days
Leave: 25 days of leave, 30 days from 25th year of service, plus additional paid days off for special occasions such as marriage and moving house

Profit Share: In addition to your annual salary, you can benefit from a profit share. Depending on your role, this is linked to local or Group business performance

Once a year, our Zühlke teams meet for a few days at the Zühlke Camp. The Camp is an essential part of our corporate culture and is all about collaboration and networking. It is a great opportunity to meet colleagues in person, expand networks, recognise each other's strengths and drive projects forward together.
