    At Zühlke we used the term ‘security engineer’ for the roles commonly associated with the words penetration tester, cybersecurity specialist or cybersecurity analyst.  

    As a Zühlke security engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the security of our clients' digital assets on a daily basis. You'll relish being a curious explorer, unearthing vulnerabilities, and seeking to fortify our clients' defences, shielding their valuable personal, financial, and sensitive information from the relentless threats of viruses and cyberattacks.  

    If the prospect of engaging in these technical challenges excites you, our team is the perfect match for your aspirations. You'll thrive in an environment where terms like XSS, injections, and buffer overflows are not just jargon but opportunities to excel. Additionally, you will delve into areas such as DevSecOps, Threat Modeling, Web Security, Bug Hunting, and conducting individual Security Assessments, all of which will be integral to your role as a Security Engineer.  

    You’ll also need to be someone who enjoys variety and welcomes new challenges. Our projects are as diverse as the unique security challenges our clients encounter, and we actively seek to broaden our professional horizons.
