How you will make an impact

As a Sales Manager, you will acquire new customers from the machinery and device manufacturing industry and provide long-term support as an Account Manager for existing clients with significant development potential. Our goal is to sustainably expand our already large customer base of companies in the Industry and Consumer Products. 

  • Networking - you enjoy maintaining and expanding your network at industry events. You already know most of the decision-makers in the industry. You leverage your contacts to generate leads and gather information.  

  • Inspiring – through continuous interaction with decision-makers among our customers and experts in the market, you identify trends and Innovations early on. You successfully transform these insights into added value for our accounts, inspiring and motivating them. 

  • Acquiring - your mindset enables you to strategically acquire new customers for Zühlke, further solidifying our market position. You are always on the lookout for up- and cross-selling potential. 

  • Accompanying – our customers perceive you as a reliable companion, from solution-oriented consulting to proposal creation and negotiation, all the way to successful implementation.

  • Network - You have an active network of decision-makers within the industrial sector. In particular, you are well connected with CTOs, R&D or product managers. 

  • Market understanding - You possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the industry. You are familiar with the development of products, solutions and services.   

  • Proficient in complex sales - You bring extensive experience in selling hardware- or software engineering services.

  • Tech-savvy - You have a keen interest in technology and implementation-related issues in the device- and apparatus manufacturing and machinery sector.   

  • University Degree - You hold a degree in technology or a related field.

  • Fluent Communication - You communicate fluently in German and English - both written and spoken.
