Your responsibilities
  • Advising clients on robust IAM Solutions: Consult our clients on advanced IAM strategies that enhance client security postures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Evaluating and Mitigating Risks: Conduct thorough risk assessments related to identity and access management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate these risks effectively.
  • Driving IAM Policy and Process Improvement: Develop, refine, and enforce IAM policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards, promoting a culture of security and compliance among clients.
  • Enhancing Client Security Awareness: Educate clients on the importance of IAM security, delivering workshops and training sessions to increase awareness and adoption of best practices.
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring IAM solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threats, ensuring that our services remain at the forefront of the industry.

What is important to us 
  • You have a university degree in Cybersecurity, computer science or a related field.
  • You demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Cybersecurity and consulting, showcasing an innate ability to find the optimal balance between security, business considerations, and usability.
  • You have expertise in IAM Frameworks and Technologies: Proficient in a variety of IAM solutions (such as SSO, MFA, and identity governance) and familiar with key standards (like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect).
  • You bring a bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • You have experience with IAM-product solutions like Okta, Forge Rock, Sailpoint, One Identity or similar.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and develop innovative solutions to protect against threats.
  •  You are thoughtful, customer-oriented, creative, and innovative with a can-do attitude.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, extending empathy naturally to customers, partners, and team members, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
  • You can communicate succinctly and clearly, especially with senior leaders and C-level executives.
  • You exhibit an inquisitive and innovative nature, self-motivated to test ideas towards successful implementation.
