As our Head of Software Excellence (Switzerland), you'll oversee a team of over 130 skilled colleagues and lead 14 People Leads. You'll serve as a chief architect of business growth, driving pre-sales initiatives, shaping compelling software engineering offerings, and spearheading our expansion in software engineering and consulting.

• Craft and execute a strategic vision for software engineering, tailored to the Swiss market, driving exponential business growth.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to ensure local strategies complement and enhance the overarching vision, facilitating impactful digital transformations.
• Lead and inspire a cadre of high-performing Team Leads, propelling our practice's leadership to new heights.
• Partner with sales teams to develop innovative technology solutions and persuasive proposals, securing new business and ensuring project success.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, both locally and globally, understanding their unique needs and guiding them toward prosperous futures.
• Embrace a consultative approach to foster enduring trust and forge long-term partnerships, delivering bespoke software solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
• Engage actively in the global Software Excellence leadership team, fostering knowledge exchange and disseminating best practices across international markets.

• Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in managing large, high-performing software engineering teams.
• A proven track record of driving business growth through strategic software development projects.
• Profound understanding of architecture, technologies, and methodologies.
• Stellar communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies convincingly.
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales activities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing client buy-in.
• A collaborative, international mindset, thriving in a global leadership environment.
• Fluency in English and German.
