Head of Digital Experience (Switzerland)

As the Head of Digital Experience for Switzerland, you will lead a dynamic team of over 120 professionals, with 14 direct reports. This role is not just about managing, it's about being a visionary leader who drives business growth through exceptional digital experiences.

• Shape Strategic Vision: Develop and execute the local digital experience strategy, aligning it with our global vision to drive significant business growth in Switzerland.   
  
• Lead High-Performing Teams: Inspire and guide a diverse team of UX designers, business analysts, engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver outstanding results.
• Drive Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and secure new business by leveraging innovative design and technology solutions.
• Nurture Client Relationships: Deepen existing and cultivate new client relationships, understanding their digital needs and guiding them towards successful outcomes.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with our global DX leadership team to share knowledge, best practices, and foster a collaborative environment across international markets.
  
  

• Leadership Experience: 10+ years leading large, high-performing digital experience teams.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic digital experience solutions.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of digital experience trends, technologies, and methodologies.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies clearly.
  
• Pre-sales Expertise: Proven experience in pre-sales activities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing client buy-in.
  
• Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in a global leadership team environment, with a passion for sharing knowledge and continuous learning.
