How you will make an impact

Support in organizing banquets and events
Set-up and mise en place for banquets and events - support in à la carte service and buffet service
Ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to quality standards
Adherence to HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
Operating the cash register, creating and collecting service invoices
General cleaning and tidying tasks, as well as providing excellent guest service
Preparation of mise en place for service and of the service station
Ensuring smooth service flow according to the instructions of the Chefs de Service
Fulfilling guest special requests, if possible
Compliance with hygiene regulations
General cleaning tasks according to the HACCP concept
