Your role.

·       Ensure the smooth operation of our customer relationship management applications including peripheral systems and interfaces. 

·       Provide user support and coordinate with our external partners. 

·       Evaluate and implement business requirements, new functions, and adjustments. 

·       Interface functions between our departments, IT, and external service providers 

·       Work in a distributed team across different countries. You’ll demonstrate a high degree of independence and initiative in organizing your work. 

Your profile.

·       Completed an apprenticeship in IT, computer science or business IT related degree or demonstrable experience in managing IT applications. 

·       Experience of using MS Power Platform or MS Power Automate (Desirable) 

·       Experience as a CRM application manager in a complex environment and dealing with IT systems and interfaces, good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) knowledge is an advantage. 

·       Knowledge of business processes in the areas of sales, marketing and communication is a great advantage. 

·       Very good knowledge of English for the daily contact with users and our integration partners. 

·       Team player, effective communicator and coordinator with internal customers and colleagues.
