Senior IT Network Engineer

Role:

• Conception, design, engineering as well as the implementation of cutting-edge worldwide network and security solutions, spanning across DC, WAN, LAN, WLAN, DMZ and VPN, to ensure seamless connectivity and robust protection on a global scale.
• Project management, communication, and coordination with customers and colleagues.
• With your expertise, you create system and operating documentation for networks and systems.
• As an engineer, you are responsible for operational handovers into network operations.
• In your area of responsibility, you design and influence the solutions of our dynamic and evolving technology landscape.

Requirements:

• You have a basic education in computer science and appropriate network training in the IT field (Cisco CCNP or CCNA).
• You have at least five years of practical experience in a similar position.
• You Ideally have in-depth knowledge of Cisco networking solutions (Wireless, DNA Center, ISE, ACI).
• You preferably have expertise in firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto).
• You are interested in network automation (e.g., Ansible, Python).
• You have very good English skills.
• You have an active and solution-oriented work approach.
• You are a team player and enjoy communication and coordination with customers and colleagues
