The Opportunity.


We are looking for an experienced Workday Lead, skilled in driving and evaluating people focused business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that drive positive employee experience and business outcome. Working closely with the business teams to arrive at methodologies to develop KPIs and Metrics. You will develop procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization’s data to support our digitization journey. To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of managerial and ‘hands-on’ mainly on P&C digitization, data quality, analysis & insights and business intelligence skills and experiences.

Your role includes.

  • Participate in the Workday implementation project and ensure a successful transition from project status to live operation and ensure operational support (2nd level) including the creation and maintenance of end-user documentation.
  • Manage the future system upgrades and ensure open communication with all Workday users.

  • Proactive, rapid solution finding in collaboration with Workday technical support. 

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Experience in building solutions that track​, measure and execute data quality across all systems

  • Establish expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics and layout; display proficiency in building dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization. Participate in innovation and creativity while also ensuring a fine balance on overall time to market, costs, performance, scalability and long-term technology stability of analytics solutions.

  • Define new data collection and analysis processes. Analyse reports and identify areas where improvements can be made and manage bugs for troubleshooting the reporting environment.

  • Provide training to department subject matter experts and manage the release process, including coordinating testing, training and communicating improvements to relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., P&C, IT).

  • Represent P&C interests in projects or other business initiatives within Zühlke.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following;

  •  Experience in Data Analytics & BI; Data Quality experience is a big plus.
  • Proven experience in people analytics as a project manager and/or business analyst.
  • Ability to apply system knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new problems. Experience working with customers to gather requirements and translate them into system/technology requirements is a must.
  • Ability to effectively manage change, always considering the impact on technology, business processes and systems.
  • Technical aptitude with proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tool Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and persuasiveness with other P&C and business representatives.
  • A very good command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
