Interviewing at Zühlke in APAC
Our teams are diverse by all means, and this is how and what we recruit - highly skilled and passionate people, no matter where they are from or what their current set-up is.

Long before the pandemic, we have been working and hiring internationally and virtually at Zühlke in APAC. With this, we feel we are safe to say that we know both in-person and virtual processes like the back of our hand. We firmly believe in a combination of interviewing methods – ensuring flexibility to every candidate in choosing the setting one feels most comfortable in.
Read on while we highlight our beliefs and learnings of interviewing and hiring from different angles: We will hear from our internal interviewing experts as well as from candidates who went through our process – both with a paositive and with a negative outcome.
Our interview process
Step 1: Application review
We carefully review your application to understand your experience, skills, and motivation.
Step 2: Screening conversation
You’ll have an initial discussion where we learn more about your background and give you an overview of the role and how we work.
Step 3: Culture interview
We value how people connect, communicate, and grow together. This conversation helps us understand how our values align and how you would contribute to our team and culture.
Step 4: Technical & Methodology Interview
This is a deep dive into how you think and solve problems. We explore your technical expertise, approach to collaboration, and how you apply practical methods to deliver quality outcomes.
Step 5: Offer & Onboarding
If we’re a mutual fit, we’ll move forward with an offer and ensure a smooth, well-supported onboarding experience.
