Zühlke names Natasa Kovacevic and Thomas Schulz to its Group Leadership Team

“Our clients come to us when the stakes are high. We want to meet that standard earlier and more broadly. With Natasa and Thomas, marketing and sales have a voice in the Group Leadership Team for the first time. That makes us more visible, faster and more committed as a partner.”
Natasa Kovacevic joined Zühlke from Bechtle Switzerland, where she led marketing and communications and sat on the Executive Management Board. She has spent more than a decade leading marketing and communications professionals at Swiss technology companies, including ITpoint Systems, Netstream, and UMB. As Chief Marketing Officer, Natasa leads Zühlke’s marketing and communications across the group.
“I’ve always believed that great marketing starts with genuinely understanding your clients. Zühlke does remarkable work, and I’m looking forward to helping more people see the value it creates and to bringing our clients even closer to the teams behind it.”
Thomas Schulz, formerly Regional Managing Director of APAC Markets in Singapore, has relocated to Zühlke’s Schlieren office near Zurich for the new role. Since joining in 2022, he has helped grow and strengthen Zühlke’s APAC business, supporting the full profit-and-loss responsibility for the region. Before Zühlke, he held delivery and commercial leadership roles across APAC and Europe, including at GFT Group, DXC Technology, and Hewlett Packard. As Chief Commercial Officer, Thomas is responsible for steering Zühlke’s commercial growth and client partnerships across the group.
“Zühlke’s engineering and consulting work speaks for itself, and my job is to make sure even more clients get to experience it. After building our business in APAC, I’m excited to take on commercial leadership across the group and to deepen the partnerships that help our clients succeed.”
Thomas’s role as Chief Commercial Officer is newly created at Zühlke. In marketing, Natasa succeeds Celia Marinho, who held the role on an interim basis and continues at Zühlke as Head of Digital Marketing.
