Zühlke announces leadership transition

Zühlke’s Group CEO, Fabrizio Ferrandina, who planned to stay in the role until the end of 2026, steps down from his position at the end of September 2025 due to personal reasons. The formal executive search process for a suitable successor has been initiated, and the Group aims to have a new Group CEO in place by mid-2026.
In the interim, the Chairman, Philipp Sutter, in addition to his role, steps in as Group CEO to ensure stability and strategic guidance until a permanent successor is appointed and in place.

I am pleased that Philipp Sutter is ready to step in during this important time, providing continuity as we advance our transition into a trusted partner for technology-driven transformation.
Fabrizio Ferrandina, Group CEO

I thank Fabrizio Ferrandina for his dedicated commitment and outstanding support over the past three decades, and for being our Group CEO for the last seven years. He had an important impact on shaping the Zühlke Group to a globally trusted transformation partner.
Philipp Sutter, Chairman of the Board
Fabrizio Ferrandina continues to support the Zühlke Group as Senior Advisor. The Zühlke Board of Directors intends to propose him as a new member of the Board of Directors as per Annual General Meeting in 2026.
