Zühlke adds diverse expertise to Board of Directors
In a strategic move to strengthen its abilities to support clients more effectively on a global scale, the Zühlke Group has elected three new members to its Board of Directors during a General Assembly held on 20 June.
The addition of Andrea Gisle Joosen, Feiyu Xu, and Wolfgang Emmerich reflects the company's commitment to bringing diverse expertise and leadership as it strengthens its position as a global partner for tech-enabled transformation.

Andrea Gisle Joosen joins the board with a robust background in leadership and advisory roles across various industries, including technology, consumer goods, and retail. Andrea Gisle Joosen is currently the Chair of the Board for Bilprovningen AB and Charge Amps AB, and a Non-Executive Director for evoke plc, Viaplay AB, Logent AB, and Stadium AB. She also holds advisory roles within the Swedish Trade Federation and the Women’s Leadership Award in Sweden.

Feiyu Xu is an award-winning AI researcher and an influential figure in the tech industry. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Airbus Group and Chain IQ Group, and a member of the supervisory board of ZF Group. Feiyu Xu’s notable career includes roles at SAP and Lenovo, where she led AI initiatives and contributed significantly to corporate transformations.

Wolfgang Emmerich is a familiar figure within Zühlke, having joined the company in 1998 and played a key role in establishing its presence in the UK. Wolfgang became a Partner of the Zühlke Group in December 2000 and has served as CEO of Zühlke in the UK since 2009. His strong international Zühlke experience and business network will be pivotal in driving the successful globalisation of Zühlke.
