The CHFD developed by SSC will be a digital version of the Swiss franc, one of the most stable currencies in the world. The idea behind it is to add value to the real economy by helping to improve efficiency and create innovative business models in the payment sector. SSC’s ambition is for the CHFD to be launched in Switzerland and be used as a regulated, widely accessible payment method; a smart and cost-effective option that impresses retailers, banks, and especially the Swiss population.
