Christina Hübschen joins Zühlke as Group Chief People Officer

Based in Schlieren, Switzerland, Christina leads the People & Culture team across all locations worldwide, from EMEA to the UK to APAC. She sets the direction for Zühlke's people strategy across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring organizational performance and growth of people.
Christina joins from Universal-Investment, where she served as Chief People & Culture Officer, Managing Director, and a member of the Executive Management Team. In addition to leading the company’s people strategy and culture agenda, she was responsible for corporate communications and internal organization. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and a member of the Executive Management Team at Thinkproject. Earlier, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Executive Board member at Avaloq, where she was also responsible for the Strategy Office. She began her career at Accenture, spending a decade leading large-scale HR operations across multiple regions.
