Worker protection against sexual harassment

Work-related social and client events should be fun, enjoyable and beneficial to all. As representatives of Zühlke, employees must remain mindful that their actions and conduct can significantly impact the company’s reputation. Colleagues should always behave in a professional, appropriate and responsible manner, ensuring they do not bring the company into disrepute or cause harm to others.

During any work-related social or client events, the same standards of behaviour apply as they do in the workplace, including adherence to our Code of Conduct, Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy. All employees are advised to carefully consider the potential impact of their words and actions on others before speaking or acting. Just like every day at Zühlke, bullying, sexual harassment, harassment or other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will be addressed under the appropriate policies.

We hold third parties to the same standards of behaviour that we expect of our employees. Third parties interacting with Zühlke colleagues are expected to behave in an appropriate and responsible manner that does not cause harm to others. Bullying, sexual harassment, harassment or other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated in any way.

How our colleagues can report a concern:

Zühlke has a zero-tolerance approach of harassment toward our colleagues.

Colleagues can safely and confidently report concerns at any time. Concerns will always be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Concerns of any nature, including any regarding third parties can be raised in the following ways:

  • Through People Leads
  • Through People and Culture Business Partners
  • The Zühlke Integrity Line

This policy specifically addresses UK law and work-related social and client events held in the UK.
