Mendix, the Siemens subsidiary and global market leader in the development of modern enterprise applications, is strengthening its strategic partnership with the Zühlke Group in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. As an Alliance Partner to Mendix, Zühlke will focus more closely on low-code technology, which has become an effective accelerator of successful digitalisation projects for an increasing number of companies in all industries. The partnership will concentrate on Zühlke’s national and international customers, including those in the insurance and finance sectors, and Zühlke will gain the status of “Insurance Competence Centre”. Plans also include expanding into other sectors as well as additional markets in Europe and Asia.

“Zühlke is one of our most important partners in the DACH region, and we have a great collaboration with them on all levels. Zühlke is also a great example of how digitalisation can be implemented swiftly, collaboratively, efficiently and successfully with Mendix. Low-code is steadily becoming a key technology for modern agile working, helping tackle IT hold-ups caused by acute shortages of skilled workers and enabling future-oriented application development. Partners like Zühlke make this possible by expediently combining their innovation expertise with their industry knowledge for the insurance and financial world,” says Tim Srock, Mendix CEO.
