Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as the Group Chief Health Industry Officer and member of the Group Executive Committee. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the long-term growth and business contributions of the Health sector across Zühlke globally. As a member of the Group Executive Committee, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the overall strategy of the Zühlke Group and ensuring the overall success of the Zühlke Group.

How you’ll spend your time

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Health sector aligned with organizational objectives.
• Shape Zühlke’s global market story, creating unique value for clients and becoming their partner of choice.
• Identify and nurture global client relationships, focusing on strategic partnerships and expanding Zühlke’s presence in the Health sector.
• Drive revenue growth, manage profitability, and expand the global client portfolio.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing globally distributed team of local Market Unit Heads and global Account Managers.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the Health Market Unit, ensuring projects are delivered as promised to clients.
• Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in the Health sector to provide solutions meeting required standards.
• Define and implement the strategy of the Zühlke Group as a member of the Group Executive Committee.
