«ROOMZ», Setza’s innovative solution for labelling meeting rooms, makes allocating shared spaces transparent, flexible and efficient. A wireless, battery powered display shows all the necessary information on the room’s availability. Changes at short notice are immediately visible and the room can be booked or released on the spot directly on the display. The wireless connection uses Wi-Fi and / or LPWAN (Lora standard). The information is retrieved from the client’s Microsoft Ex-change (Server) or IBM Domino server.
Zuhlke's team analyzed the business plan and provided input on the product’s positioning and USP. Setza and Zuhlke jointly developed the system architecture using an agile process. Zuhlke based the backend on Microsoft technologies and implemented the connections to the Ex-change server and related functions, such as booking a meeting room on the touch panel. In addition, Zuhlke assisted the customer with the wireless connection via LPWAN (Lora).
