Preparing the ground

Due to its strategic growth strategy, Adcubum, a leading provider of core systems for health insurers, wanted to extend its existing B2B applications to B2C solutions. To begin with, an end-customer portal was to be developed as a mobile app that is intuitive to operate and built on a modular basis. Good integration with the core system was a further important criterion.

 

The recipe for interaction

In close collaboration, Adcubum and Zuhlke developed a prototype for the live demonstration at a customer event. This time-sensitive project succeeded with the help of Zuhlke's «Rent a Start Up»; a model that includes coaching at speed-boat pace as well as Zuhlke's entire innovation and implementation expertise and extensive experience in agile projects.
