Task

Swiss Life implemented business requirements engineering in its project management process. Zuhlke provided support with the rollout of the updated process with a three-day training course designed specifically for Swiss Life and based on the curriculum applicable to the internationally accredited qualification of Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering, Foundation Level. The activities were integrated into the project workflow at Swiss Life and illustrated with own documents.

Solution

Zuhlke developed a course of training with two levels: Training for beginners (basic) and for staff with prior knowledge of business dddrequirements engineering (advanced). Swiss Life also offered interested participants the opportunity to obtain the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) qualification of Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level.
