Zuhlke Innovation Masterclass 2022 (the “Event”) is organised and sponsored by Zuhlke Engineering Pte. Ltd., located at 80 Robinson Rd, #22-04, Singapore 068898 (the “Sponsor”).

  1. Eligibility
    1. The Event is open to legal residents of Singapore and at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (the “Participant”).
  2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
    1. Participation in the Event constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  3. Event Period
    1. The Event happens on 20 April 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Singapore Time and 21 April 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Singapore Time (the “Event Period”). 
  4. Participation
    1. Eligible Participants can register to join the Event at the following URL address: https://www.zuehlke.com/en/swiss-weeks-2022-zuhlke-innovation-masterclass-on-design-thinking (the "Website") during the Event Period.
    2. To join the Event, Participants are required to provide the required information as listed in the form on the Website. Only completed entries are considered eligible, and Participants must provide their first and last name, organisation name, and email address at registration.
  5. Covid-19 Safe Management Measures 
    1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated, recovered from COVID-19 within the past 180 days, or medically ineligible for vaccines under the National Vaccination Programme.
  6. Privacy
    1. Information collected from the Participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available: https://www.zuehlke.com/en/privacy-policy.
  7. General Conditions
    1. By entering the Event, Participants agree to have their full name, organisation, and other requested information featured in publicity materials relating to the Event without further reference, payment or other compensation. 
    2. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Event in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Event is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Event. Neither the Sponsor nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by the Sponsor to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Event to be disrupted or corrupted, or that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the Winner.
    3. Save where it has been negligent, the Sponsor will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from Participants' entry into the Event or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Event. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
    4. Any Participant who enters or attempts to enter the Event in a manner, which in the Sponsor’s reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other Participants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Event, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Sponsor and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Event at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Event, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Event as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.
    5. The Sponsor shall not be liable to Participants under or in connection with the Event for any indirect, economic or consequential loss or for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of use or loss of reputation.
    6. All Sponsor’s decisions in relation to the Event are final and the Sponsor will not enter into any correspondence with Participants in relation to its decisions.
    7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore Law and any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
