As an Expert Systems Engineer, Ronny has been working for Zühlke in the Devices Practice in the Product Discovery Team since September 2017. 

After a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he gained versatile experience in interdisciplinary product development in various industries. Thereafter, Ronny completed a Master of Science in Engineering - with a specialisation in Business Engineering of the IDEE Institute for Innovation, Design and Engineering - at the OST Ostschweizer Fachhochschule in St. Gallen. 

During the Master studies, Ronny specialised in the areas of design thinking and sustainability / circular economy. He now works mainly on projects in the early stages of product development and acts as a link between Zühlke's consulting and development teams, for example by leading design workshops. Ronnys intrinsic motivation for the topic of sustainability also unfolds professionally, as he helps to build corresponding offerings and competencies as part of Zühlke's cross-divisional sustainability team. 

With the combination of his professional activities and academic competencies, Ronny has the necessary know-how to inspire course participants for one of the most important topics of today and to convey relevant content in a practical way.
