This will enable her to connect future employees and business perspectives on a strategic level. Doris Steindl previously held a post as Head of HR & Operations at European venture builder WhatAVenture. She also worked for Austria’s former Feder-al Ministry of Science, Research and Economic Affairs (BMWFW) and was active in the fields of research and economics. Cross-country role in the Sustainability Team
Effective 1 February, Tim Cianchi will be leaving his management post as Head of Delivery Excellence (DEX) at Zühlke Austria to take up a new role on the international group’s Sustainability team. He has been working for the company since 2005, starting out as a Business Unit Leader, Director of the Competence Centre and member of the Executive Board in London before transferring to Vienna in 2019. Although he has now reached retirement age, he will continue to support the company as part of Zühlke’s Flexible Working programme in order to collaborate with the international team in the area of sustainability and continue ensuring that Zühlke has a positive impact on the planet and people.
Strengthening delivery excellence beyond national borders
Florian Hacklinger will be taking on a new position as Head of Delivery Excellence (DEX) at Zühlke Austria while retaining his current role as Head of DEX for Zühlke in Germany and at the Global Delivery Center (GDC). This will further strengthen the international position of DEX and is one of the main pillars of any successful services company, enabling the company to continue moving towards establishing a more regional team. Florian Hacklinger joined Zühlke Germany in 2007 as a software engineer. He held various internal positions before becoming the Director of the Solution Centre and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Within the new organisational structure of the company, in 2022, he took on the role of Head of DEX for Germany and GDC, where he played a pivotal role in establishing Munich as a business and delivery hub, was a pioneer in Zühlke’s group-wide development and, as CISO of the group from 2013 to 2020, made essential contributions to developing the company’s information security infrastructure.
