Anabel Fall joined the Zühlke Group as Chief People Officer (CPO) on 15 September and will sit on the Group Executive Board.

Anabel comes with years of experience as a strategy consultant having previously served as Group Head of People Innovation & Transformation at Zurich Insurance Group, and before that, she was Director of Personnel for McKinsey’s Middle East office. Anabel Fall holds an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
As Group CPO, Anabel will help shape and develop the Zühlke Group vision and strategy and lead the digitisation of the People and Culture Function across the company. “Anabel will help position Zühlke as an employer of choice and oversee the recruitment, development and retention of talent and future leaders that will enable Zühlke to achieve its global growth plans” comments Fabrizio Ferrandina, CEO of the Zühlke Group.
