What does the job involve?
As a strategic recruiting partner, you will stay on top of business events and advise your hiring managers on all recruiting matters. You don't just fill vacancies but are a valued partner of the line managers and an expert in your field. You take care of the entire recruiting process in a 360° manner (incl. face to face interviews). Our goal is to continuously develop recruiting at Zuhlke with enthusiasm and effectiveness.
You are in charge of all your vacancies, fill the candidate pipeline with creativity (nothing is impossible) and an "out-of-the-box" way of thinking. You are striving for an excellent candidate experience. You take feedback from candidates seriously and answer inquiries reliably and proficiently.
You build an active internal and external network and attend specialist events as well as Meet Ups to understand your customers' needs better. You also know that recruiting can only be successful in the long run through continuous relationship management.
With your knack for analytics, AI und other topics, you will proactively contribute to the further implementation of our Talent Acquisition strategy.
You are a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with in-house experience and a university degree.
You have internalised the importance and attractiveness of the role. Not because recruiting simply offers you a possible entry into HR, but because recruiting is exactly what you are into.
Difficult job specs push you to give your best. Finding profiles actively on the market is fun to you (Boolean strings, social sourcing as well as other tools and methods are part of your standard repertoire). You follow new trends in recruiting actively and implement them wherever you can.
