Taking the next step in its expansion into the region, the third Zuhlke Asia location in Vietnam was launched last year at Ho Chi Minh City. Zuhlke Vietnam is looking for a Senior Recruiter who will be part of the wider of team of technical talent acquisition specialists in Zuhlke Asia. Our recruiters across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam value innovation, tenacity, and flexible thinking. Your Talent.
  • As a strategic recruitment partner, you will support the process from start to finish and work alongside the respective hiring managers as a key advisor for any recruitment-related questions.
  • You are updated on the ever-changing talent landscape and continuously find new ways to attract and recruit into the candidate pipeline. You are creative and have a strong track record of identifying top talent.
  • You can successfully lead senior stakeholders to hire and nurture high performing talents with your strong problem-solving ability and reliance on data to influence and make decisions. You can work with performance KPIs, analyse the data for further actioning and implementation of our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Active sourcing is also part of your standard responsibility. Together with the stakeholders, you will define the job profile and the appropriate recruitment strategy. Ideally, you should have strong technical recruitment experience especially in hiring software engineers.
  • You have previously initiated employer branding activities such as planning and participating in recruitment events. Your knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques enables your efficiency.
  • You pay great attention to detail, have solid organizational skills and are reliable in staying on top of multiple competing demands.
  • You understand the candidate touch points and how the small personal touches lead to great candidate experience.
  • You are spirited and enjoy building team collaboration. You believe in creating a great, positive, and encouraging environment at work.
  • English fluency and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people across a variety of cultures is important for the success of this role.
