What your job will involve:                                                                           

We are looking for a Product Owner with an in-depth knowledge of Agile approaches such as Scrum, Lean, Extreme Programming, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration & Delivery.  
In close cooperation with our customers, it is your responsibility to realize the customer's visions together with a development team. In your additional role as PO_Proxy, where you will bring along a strong communication and methodological competence as well as a lot of self-initiative, you will take a consulting role for the project owner to achieve the best possible result for the customer. Experience in preparing business cases is an advantage.

What you should offer: 
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a technical environment and/or have completed your studies in this field.
  • You have proven your communication and stakeholder management skills in various successful software development projects.   
  • You are experienced in facilitating workshops using a wide variety of techniques and innovation games like user story mapping and assumption mapping. 
  • Capturing Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for client requirements, working with developers and QA testers to prepare user stories for delivery is your daily business.
  • You are managing the project backlog, including prioritization with the Product Owner or support as product owner proxy, with user-centred requirements engineering, acceptance criteria and testing charters.
  • You collaborate with our clients to define and agree on the project roadmap, being able to focus on short, medium and long-term goals and bring value to the client. 
  • You follow goal-oriented and structured approaches for project analysis, coordination and planning. 
  • You are fluent in German and English
