We are looking for a Partner Network Manager who will help us in managing existing and establishing new partnerships with a focus on high-quality projects delivery.


Your Role

  • Recruit, interview and onboard new partners (people engaged in Zuhlke projects)
  • Work closely with partners, regular feedback exchanges, performance management
  • Closely monitor partners’ experience and satisfaction and proactively manage potential issues
  • Project staffing, allocating partners to the projects in the optimal and quality manner
  • Take care of the quality of project delivery and project stakeholders’ satisfaction
  • Expand partner network
  • Active contribution to strategic topics and yearly plans for Partner Ecosystem team

Your Talent

  • You have 5+ years in management, line management, leading people in IT industry
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and managing teams
  • Basic understanding of technology (Java, .NET, DevOps), methodology (agile, Scrum) and SW development practices
  • Proactive and having solid negotiations skills
  • Experience in coordinating multiple vendors or partners, sales activities is considered a plus
  • Experience in project staffing (aka “resource management”) is considered a plus
  • Experience in project management with a focus on delivery and quality management is considered a plus
