Your role - As part of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for communicating with our candidates, scheduling and setting up virtual and on-site interviews, and candidate expenses.
- You enjoy building and maintaining trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support an effective and timely interview process.
- You ensure the right conditions are in place for interviews and advise the recruiting team on scheduling on-site interviews.
- You are passionate about a first-class candidate experience and identify opportunities for improvement by contributing ideas to optimize processes.
- You will use and maintain our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to effectively track the interview process and ensure data integrity at every step.
Your talent
- You are studying for your Bachelor's/Master's degree or are about to graduate. The field of study is not decisive but you should bring tangible passion for HR/Recruiting.
- As an organizational talent you love to bring structure to your work.
