Our Eschborn office needs a responsible and friendly personality to support our office management team.

How you'll spend your time:

  • Your range of tasks is varied, in addition to the classic reception activities in the front office, you will also help out with the organization of internal and customer events.
  • In the back office, you will provide support in the area of occupational safety - from internal training courses to administration and documentation, everything is in the best hands with you.
  • You make sure that everything works, from hotel bookings to ordering railcards.
  • You are also responsible for the administration of the keycards and keep an eye on the credit card statements and the cash box.
  • You act as a link between office and facility management and bring in new ideas.

What is important to us:

  • You already bring several years of experience in a comparable service-oriented position, preferably from the hotel industry.
  • You work accurately and your strength lies in organizing.
  • You have very good verbal and written German and good English skills (spoken and written).
  • You have a confident knowledge of the common MS-Office applications
