Your job will include:
As a LeadAgile Project Manager you help our clients to build high quality systems that deliver business value.
You work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, be it onsite, in the Zuhlke office, or from home.
You manage stakeholder expectations.
You get things done.
You sometimes travel to other locations in the UK and mainland Europe.
Skills & Requirements:
We are looking for a Lead Agile Project Manager with a hands-on technical background in software engineering and an in-depth knowledge of Agile approaches such as Scrum, Lean, Extreme Programming, Test Driven Development, Exploratory Testing, and Continuous Integration & Delivery.
You have proven your excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in various successful software development projects.
You have experience in forming and guiding high performance, cross-functional teams and you handle uncertainty through Agile adoption strategies.
You follow goal oriented and structured approaches for project analysis, coordination and planning, e.g. via product and iteration burn-up charts, velocity and quality monitoring, and product release roadmaps.
You are familiar with user-centred requirements engineering, acceptance criteria and testing charters.
Our work is mainly at or within an hour's travel from our Shoreditch office.
