How you will make an impact

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to systematically acquire and expand key clients in the insurance sector. You will focus on major property, life, and health insurance companies, as well as reinsurers. Our mission is to sustainably grow our existing customer base while strategically acquiring new clients in the medium term. Additionally, you will proactively support other industry-related account teams.
  • Discover – Lead your team in deeply understanding the needs and challenges of our clients. Create a shared under-standing of the client's business, organization, current situation, strategies, goals, and ecosystem.
  • Connect – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deeply understand their individual needs and offer valuable insights. Establish Zühlke as a Trusted Advisor by uncovering the buying centre and leveraging these con-nections to gather information and generate opportunities.
  • Inspire – Use your market knowledge, trends, and innovations to add value for our clients, inspiring interest in our solu-tions and services. Empower our team with your expertise, involving specialists strategically to solidify Zühlke’s position as a trusted advisor.
  • Support – Be a reliable companion to our clients from solution-oriented consulting, through proposal creation and nego-tiation, to successful deal closure. Involve Zühlke stakeholders in a targeted, efficient, and effective manner.

What matters to us

  • Market expertise – A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in the insurance market, managing major insurance companies.
  • Technological insight – A strong interest in technological and implementation-related issues in property, life, health, and reinsurance.
  • Solution understanding – Profound knowledge and extensive experience in applying innovative technology concepts, such as modern software development and artificial intelligence, to address key challenges in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in complex solution sales – Proven experience and success in selling complex services within the consultan-cy-intensive ICT environment.
  • Covincing communication skills – fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Educational background – A degree in a technology-related field or equivalent.
