IT Service Manager

Your task 

• Responsible for our ITSM system, from operation to further development and integration of peripheral systems 
• Contact person for our customers for the optimal coordination of ITSM topics 
• Define and implement new service management processes, as well as continuous service optimization 
• Ensure that the IT service catalog, documentation and specifications are maintained and lived by 
• Active collaboration with various internal stakeholders and partners on a global level

Your talent 

• University degree (FH, Uni, ETH or comparable) in computer science and/or several years of professional experience in the area of Application & Service Management 
• Advanced training in ITSM (e.g. ITIL, ISO 20000) 
• Result orientation, initiative and analytical skills 
• Structured way of working and goal-oriented approach 
• Communicative, team- and conflict-oriented personality with good assertiveness skills
• You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English.

For this position we are offering an attractive compensation package well above the IT collectively agreed minimum basic salary (IT-KV, with classification ST1/entry). The gross salary/month starts at EUR 3.200,- and will be adjusted according to your qualifications and experience. No all-in contract.
