How you spend your time
Together with the People & Culture (P&C) and Group Reward Team, you drive forward the implementation and further development of our global mobility and reward strategy; you monitor the market and trends, and you develop and provide innovative solutions for the new working world aligned with business goals and objectives.

Global Mobility:
  • You manage all aspects of international moves end-to-end including immigration, tax compliance, housing, relocation services and potential repatriation.
  • You improve the efficiency of our global mobility approach and policies.
  • You act as a liaison between employees, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • You stay informed about international employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliancy in all countries.
  • You coordinate visa applications and renewals.
  • You create and manage budgets for global cost projections and cost control to ensure cost effective moves.
  • You provide guidance and support to employees throughout the relocation process, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

Group Reward:
  • Together with the team, you are responsible for the harmonization, further development, implementation and communication of compensation and/or benefits structures and programs across the group
  • You act as central contact persons for internal stakeholders such people leads, P&C Business Partners and P&C Operations to further develop our compensation and/or benefits processes and frameworks
  • You provide expertise and work closely with P&C colleagues to ensure competitiveness, attractiveness and monitor market changes.

What is important to us
  • You graduated in business administration or have a similar educational background.
  • You have experience around 3 years of substantial experience in mobility and rewards/or compensation & benefits in an international (consulting) environment.
  • Experience in the implementation and/or usage of the Workday compensation management software is a plus.
  • You are passionate about both the design and the implementation of initiatives and projects in your area of responsibility.
  • You foster international teamwork, enjoy sharing your knowledge and in doing so empowering your P&C colleagues across the Zühlke Group.
  • You have a can-do attitude and are enthusiastic when it comes to developing new initiatives and making sure to take them to the next level. At the same time, you enjoy working on both a strategic as well as operational level.
  • You have very strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). German is an advantage.
