At Zühlke, we are seeking a dynamic Global Strategic Account Director to lead our partnership with a prominent Swiss Bank. You'll spearhead innovative solutions that transform our client’s business and forge a lasting partnership.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for a large Swiss Bank, aligning with their business goals and market trends.
  • Client Relationship: Cultivate and sustain a robust, long-term relationship with our key client, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitable, compliant, and strategically aligned deals.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the key account, driving revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists and industry experts, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Market Insight: Utilize deep knowledge of EMEA and APAC markets to anticipate industry trends and position Zühlke as a leader in digital transformation.

What’s important to us

  • Experience: Extensive experience in a global bank, preferably in roles focused on strategic projects or in sales for a professional service firm with a focus on EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Strong Network: Active network within the largest Swiss bank and maybe others, including decision-makers.
  • Deal Making: Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and managing contract negotiations.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior executives. Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven approach.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Intercultural Understanding: Experienced in leading cross-cultural teams across Europe and Asia.
  • Consultative Selling & Account Management: Expertise in selling professional services, cross and upselling.
  • Tech Savviness: Keen interest in technological and implementation-related issues in the banking sector.
