Your task.

  • You are responsible, among other things, for the tidiness and functionality of the offices in our properties.
  • You check the performance of our external partners who take care of the maintenance cleaning, the indoor greening and the security.
  • You coordinate the external craftsmen, monitor their work, check reports and maintain all maintenance journals. 
  • You look after and configure our meeting rooms and office relocations, take care of incoming and outgoing goods and are responsible for ordering office materials and for operational waste disposal. 
  • You independently carry out various manual tasks that arise from daily operations.
  • You operate our GLS (building management system) and thanks to your proactive approach and IT affinity, you are able to identify and rectify any problems in the HVAC system at an early stage.
  • You are responsible for the function and operational readiness of the machines and tools of the Building Operation Team.

Your talent.

  • You are in possession of a federal certificate as a caretaker.
  • You have at least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in caretaking. 
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy communicating with internal and external customers.
  • You can communicate well and openly and appreciate working in an environment with diverse people.
  • You have a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to solving problems that may arise in the day-to-day business.
  • Willingness to work sporadically outside normal working hours is not a problem for you.
  • You plan and carry out your work independently within your area of responsibility. 
  • You are in possession of a category B driving license. 
  • You have good knowledge of the usual Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook). 
  • Outstanding written and oral German language skills are required - English language skills are an advantage.
