The Opportunity.

We’re looking for an Endpoint Engineer to join our global Endpoint Management capability team. The successful candidate will participate in Global IT projects and in the design/development of new solutions as well as assist in further development and automation of our device management solution.

Your role includes.

 

  • Participation in global IT projects and the design/development of new solutions.
  • Further development and automation of our device management solution.
  • As part of the team, manage and maintain our client devices: Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
  • Assist with application packaging, scripting and distribution.
  • Manage and develop our virtual desktops and images.
  • Provide professional and competent technical 2nd/3rd line support group-wide, including technical analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain our knowledge base.


We would love to hear from you if you have the following... 
  

  • Experience of MDM/Endpoint management engineering.
  • Experience of managing Windows (Mac or iOS/Android would be a bonus).
  • Strong experience with endpoint management tools (ideally Workspace ONE or similar).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in dealing with PowerShell (Mac scripting would be a bonus).
  • You have a quick grasp, a high degree of initiative and a strong problem-solving and quality mindset.
  • You are a team player and appreciate communication and coordination with internal customers and work colleagues.
