Digital Consulting Internship

Zühlke invites you to experience the work of an innovation consultant. An internship at Zühlke is not a typical internship. You are a fully-fledged member of our project teams.

Your tasks

• You will work directly in a team of consultants on our client projects with a focus on digital strategy, business innovation, customer experience, organisational transformation and technology advantage/CIO ad-visory.
• In interdisciplinary teams, you will contribute to solving complex problems for our customers by developing ideas with us and our customers, testing them and developing real investment opportunities based on validated foundations or accompanying our customers in organisational transformation topics.
• You support the preparation and implementation of (innovation) workshops using state-of-the-art methods, define hypotheses, prepare analyses and customer presentations.
• You support us in the further development of our offerings (e.g. digital strategy, business innovation, transformation consulting) by assisting us in conducting customer surveys, studies and in the preparation of specialist articles and white papers.
• You will help us to prepare commercial offers and maintain our customer contacts (e.g. coordination and organisation of touch-points).
  

Your talent

• You have a degree, ideally in the field of business innovation or strategy, design thinking and organisational transformation.
• You have some practical experience (e.g. in the context of relevant internships) and feel comfortable working with innovation frameworks and new working models.
• You have a good understanding of business and technology and are open to different industries and companies - from start-ups to large multinational corporations.  
• You are solution-orientated, have strong communication skills and are quick on the uptake.
• You are passionate about innovation and have a corresponding willingness to perform.
• You are fluent in German (C1) and have a very good command of English.
