What drives you

You always seek the best solutions - Within your role, you will advise customers from various sectors on issues such as the digitalization and innovation of products, service and processes and will help them develop tailored solutions, e.g. in the areas of data analytics, IoT or sustainability. With your skills and experience in the field of consulting, you will identify new approaches for our customers, help them make decisions on strategic and technical issues and work closely with them to manage challenging innovation projects towards a successful outcome.

You enjoy giving advice - You will work closely with our customers’ decision makers and product managers to develop new business models, which you then help to implement in digitalization projects as part of an interdisciplinary team. From the initial idea to the successful product, you act as an agile link between management and the innovation project, and you know relevant process models and methods for achieving the best possible results for our customers.

Growth mindset - Both your own development and that of your team is important to you, which is why you act as a sparring partner and coach for your team. Do you want to become an expert in your field or expand your leadership and consulting skills and gradually increase your level of responsibility in your projects? What's important to us

• You have several years of experience in strategic, innovation and/or management consulting and are able to execute projects successfully as part of a team – including in large organisations. Start-up experience would be advantageous. In particular, you will have already developed new digital solutions, products and business models, as well as supported companies with their digital transformation.
• With your strong business acumen and your passion for new digital trends, you can assemble a business case and outline business models quickly based on clever assumptions and estimates.
• You are proficient in the methods used in innovation consulting (e.g. Lean Start-up, Design Thinking) and agile business analysis (e.g. data analysis, business model development) and you are used to agile working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
• You are interested in technological innovations and you like to develop new solutions from start to finish in interdisciplinary teams.
• Your communicative personality enables you to feel comfortable when communicating with decision-makers. You are analytical, empathetic and proactive. You work in a self-organised and customer-driven manner, from initial idea to successful implementation. A university degree and an excellent command of German and English are prerequisites for the role.
