Your role
As a Business Consultant Customer Experience you are a key factor in solving complex challenges of our customers around Digital Transformation, Strategy and Business Innovation. In interdisciplinary teams, your empathic and analytical skills enable you to provide important insights and derive well-founded recommendations. Your human qualities create trust, team spirit, energy and clarity. You support our clients in their decisions and help them to achieve outstanding results.
  • You make technical contributions to challenging Innovation Consulting mandates. You have an integral view on the mandates and keep an eye on the business and technology aspects in addition to the customer experience.
  • You support the preparation and moderation of innovation workshops using state-of-the-art methods. Together with customers and Zühlke experts, you develop ideas into a holistically validated portfolio that offers real investment opportunities.
  • You support our customers in digital transformation with your analytical insights and your contribution to effective strategy development, especially for process and offering innovations.
  • You are familiar with procedures and methods in customer-centric innovation (customer research, design thinking, lean startup), tailor them to the specific requirements of our clients and network them with other disciplines.
  • You gain experience in Zühlke's service development and assist in the preparation and presentation of offers (pre-sales).

Your talent
  • Excellent university degree, ideally Business Innovation enriched with further education in Customer Experience and Digital Transformation.
  • Practical experience (e.g. in the context of some relevant internships) in innovation/or business consulting, ideally with a focus on customer experience.
  • Business understanding and flexibility regarding different industries and companies from startups to multinationals.
  • First experience in business development or service development
  • Practical experience in customer-centric innovation and strategy, as well as in customer research and design thinking
  • Knowledge of current technologies (including Big Data/Machine Learning/AI, IoT, AR/VR, Blockchain, Cloud, Mobile) and their potential for business innovation an advantage
  • Quick thinking, strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent empathy, creativity, courage and persuasiveness
  • Team-oriented, open-minded personality with integrity, able to build trust with customers and employees over the long term
  • Convincing communication skills as well as very good German and English language skills
